These Earnings & Compensation Disclosure Policy is applicable from the 1st of April, 2017.
This Earnings & Compensation Disclosure Policy is designed around the core platform of the Optimized Communications Products of The People's Web (hereafter called 'TPW'). This platform enables multiple upsells and positions the company at the forefront of developments, clearing the path for product offerings that other companies with similar products will only be able to offer at a lower quality and a higher running cost. This also means that TPW and all of its connected platforms need to have different compensation plans which are strong enough to support massive growth, yet rigid enough to pass the test of time. Still being valuable years from now when we are still adding the latest developments in Communication Solutions onto the platform. The compensation plans of all Communication Products, connected to TPW were optimized in growth by taking bonuses and commissions to the maximum level. In the Communication Industry costs go down with numbers of users. Built-in flexibility gives us the opportunity to dynamically adapt to the success of the membership/customer base. The creation of all Compensation Plans was executed with a right ethical and moral philosophy in mind. Developed in collaboration with leading distributors in the direct sales industry, the Compensation Plan of all of TPW's products are carefully calibrated and have their own balanced marketing plans, with increasing benefits. Each segment of a compensation plan encourages and enhances activities that affects another segment of that compensation plan. These interlocking segments set up a domino effect that benefits you, your growing team, the customer base and the company. Every platform linked to TPW is automatically linked to FAN where a certain % of each turnover will be deposited to.
Where TPW has provided you with a translation of the English language version of this Earnings & Compensation Disclosure Policy, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of this Earnings & Compensation Disclosure Policy will govern your relationship with TPW.
If there is any contradiction between the English language version of this Earnings & Compensation Disclosure Policy and the translation, then the English language version shall take precedence.
Force International CVBA allows Affiliates to generate commissions through the referral of the TPW Services to New Members.
Definitions and Interpretation The following terms when used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meaning: Affiliate Member Account means the Member Account(s) held in the name of the Affiliate with Neteller that the Referred Members’ accounts are tagged to. Affiliate Relatives means (i) where Affiliate is a legal entity, any affiliate, director, officer, shareholder or employee of Affiliate; or (ii) where Affiliate is a natural person, a spouse, common law partner, civil partner, child, step child, sibling, parent, parents-in-law, aunt, uncle, cousin or grandparent of Affiliate. Commission means the commission payable by Force International CVBA to Affiliate for the referral of the Communication Services to New Members. Referred Member means a New Member who was referred by Affiliate to Force International CVBA, using the link provided in Referral Mails and/or other approved Media and has successfully registered a Member Account in accordance with the General Terms and Services. Sponsor means the person that invited you to be a part of a certain community or platform. He can invite you in different ways, by distributing his/her referral link. Once you run through these referral pages and you submit your application, the person who sent this referral link which you've accepted, will be your sponsor.
a. Affiliate shall co-operate in good faith with Force International CVBA to promote and refer the TPW Services to New Members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that Force International CVBA may in its sole discretion decide whether or not to accept New Members as Referred Members.
b. Affiliate shall co-operate in good faith with Force International CVBA to promote and refer the TPW Services to New Members in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that Force International CVBA may in its sole discretion decide whether or not to accept New Members as Referred Members.
c. Affiliate may also refer Sub-Affiliates to Force International CVBA. Force International CVBA, in its sole discretion will decide whether to accept the Sub-Affiliate to TPW.
d. Affiliate shall not make or give any promises, representations, warranties or guarantees, whether expressed or implied to New Member on behalf of Force International CVBA.
Currently, when a person is registered in Vaiox, he/she is automatically registered in Cherryfile, TPW and FAN. This means that the person who sent the referral link that was accepted by a user, becomes his/her sponsor for all four platforms. However, for FAN there is an exception stating that you will only become the sponsor, when this user is registered by you first. Suppose this user already purchased a trading account or he/she bought business cards through Brandologic or there was a turnover made in any other platform, before he/she received your referral link of Vaiox, that previous sponsor will always be his/her sponsor for FAN.
Currently, when a person is registered in Cherryfile, he/she is automatically registered in Vaiox, TPW and FAN. This means that the person who sent the referral link that was accepted by a user, becomes his/her sponsor for all four platforms. However, for FAN there is an exception stating that you will only become the sponsor, when this user is registered by you first. Suppose this user already purchased a trading account or he/she bought business cards through Brandologic or there was a turnover made in any other platform, before he/she received your referral link of Vaiox, that previous sponsor will always be his/her sponsor for FAN.
Force International CVBA can adapt this corporate measure at any time, from the moment this will be technically possible. Any modifications to this current situation will be communicated to our clients.
This measure will be applicable and can differ depending on your place of residency (country bound).
In the future: not only the company can adapt this flow of sponsors, but our clients will be able to redirect the flow as well, up to a certain point. This can occur when a user is/was invited (through push communication) by a sponsor they didn't really know in person. However, this user still accepted his/her invitation to join the Vaiox and/or Cherryfile community. At that moment this user can decide to change sponsor when somebody else approaches him/her in person. This is called 'a handshake'. Users can change sponsors, for every product, one time only!
There are different ways to acquire a certain revenue in TPW. This can be a cash payout, but also crypto currencies can be used or credits can be acquired. When a client used to buy an Incentive pack in Iriscall, a certain type of credits, namely incentive credits were acquired.
Starting from today - the 1st of April 2017 - the complete structure of our communication platform has changed. TPW will be the umbrella organisation, embracing different communication products like Vaiox, Cherryfile, Iriscall a.s.o. The payout of your revenue will be generated in TPW and TPW will invoice these earnings to the different platforms which hold certain communication products that have been purchased.
For all products and for all types a credits, a fixed % of credits can be used for the purchase of a product. This percentage will be defined by Force International CVBA. You will find these exact percentages in each Earnings & Compensation Disclosure Policy, linked to a specific product. Force International CVBA has the right to change these percentages at any time and as many times as necessary. Clients will be notified when modifications to this Earnings & Compensation Disclosure Policy are made.
Client discounts and/or other Preferred Customer Discounts in currency or in percentages, will always be specified in the backoffices of each separate product.
For every product, linked to TPW, you will earn a certain % of the Ripple Bonus. You can find the exact percentages in the backoffices of each specific product. Each backoffice is the single point of truth. Force International CVBA holds the right to change these percentages at any time.
All credits, acquired from day 1, up to now have a certain life span. Since TPW will be launching products for which credits can be used as a valid payment method, expiry dates are added to each of these credits:
Specific timeframes and validity dates These timeframes are applicable for all types of credits, from the first incentive pack sold in Iriscall about 4 years ago, up to now:
- Incentive credits: Expiration date: indefinite
- Earned credits: Expiration date: 24 months, starting from the day you acquired these credits
- Discount credits: Expiration date: 24 months, starting from the day a user purchased them
- Purchased credits: Expiration date: indefinite
